Upgrading Your Plan
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click "Change Plan"
- Select your new plan
- Confirm payment details
Upgrades take effect immediately. You'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle.
Downgrading Your Plan
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Make sure your usage is within the new plan's limits before the change takes effect.
Payment Methods
We accept:
- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Debit cards
- PayPal (annual plans only)
- Bank transfer (Enterprise only)
Invoices
Download invoices from Settings → Billing → Invoice History. Invoices are generated automatically at the start of each billing cycle.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. Data is retained for 30 days after cancellation.
Annual Discount
Save 20% by switching to annual billing. Contact support to change your billing cycle.
