Every Content Pilot brief includes:

Creating a Brief

1. Run a SERP analysis for your keyword (or use an existing one)
2. Click "Generate Brief"
3. Wait 30-60 seconds for AI analysis
4. Review and customize as needed
5. Share with your writer or export

Customizing Briefs

The AI-generated brief is a starting point. Customize it to fit your needs:

• Add or remove sections from the outline
• Adjust target word count
• Add custom notes and guidelines
• Include brand voice requirements
• Specify required internal links
• Add reference materials

Sharing & Exporting

• Share link: Anyone with the link can view (no login required)
• PDF export: For offline reference
• Google Doc: Export directly to Drive
• Notion: Push to a Notion database
