Team Management

Collaborate with your team by inviting members and assigning appropriate roles.

Inviting Team Members

  1. Go to Settings → Team
  2. Click "Invite Member"
  3. Enter their email address
  4. Select their role
  5. Click "Send Invitation"

Invitations expire after 7 days. You can resend or revoke pending invitations from the team page.

Team Roles

Role Permissions
Owner Full access, billing, can delete account
Admin Manage team, all features, no billing access
Editor Create/edit content, run analyses
Viewer View projects and content, no editing

Project-Level Permissions

You can also control access at the project level. Assign team members to specific projects and choose their role for each project. This is useful for agencies managing multiple clients.

Activity Log

The activity log shows all actions taken by team members, including content changes, analyses run, and settings modifications. Useful for auditing and understanding team productivity.
