Get up and running with Content Pilot in just a few minutes. This guide will walk you through the basics.
Step 1: Create Your Account
Sign up for a free 7-day trial at content-pilot.cloud/signup. No credit card required during the trial period.
You'll receive a confirmation email. Click the link to verify your account and you're ready to go.
Step 2: Create Your First Project
Projects help you organize content by website or topic. To create your first project:
- Click "New Project" in the dashboard
- Enter your website URL (e.g., example.com)
- Give your project a name
- Click "Create Project"

Create separate projects for different websites or content verticals. This keeps your keyword research and content organized.
Step 3: Run Your First SERP Analysis
SERP analysis is the foundation of content optimization. Here's how to run your first analysis:
- Click "New Analysis" in your project
- Enter your target keyword
- Select your target location and language
- Click "Analyze"
Content Pilot will analyze the top 20 Google results and provide recommendations for word count, keywords, headings, and more.
Step 4: Create Optimized Content
With your SERP analysis complete, you can now create optimized content:
- Content Brief: Generate an AI-powered brief for writers
- Content Editor: Write directly in our editor with real-time scoring
